Hello allamericanhomes,

Don't worry, I can help you add your company logo.

To add it in the company settings, here's how:

  1. Click on the Gear icon.
  2. Select Account and Settings.
  3. In the Company section, click on Company name.
  4. Click on the Company logo and browse the file.
  5. Click on Save.

Please note that you can only add a logo with less than 2MB size and a .PNG or .JPG file extension.

To add a logo on your sales forms:

  1. Click on the Gear icon.
  2. Select Custom Form Styles
  3. Click on the Edit link.
  4. In the Design tab, click on Make log edits.
  5. Click on Show logo.
  6. Click on Done.

To add a logo on your reports:

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Choose a report.
  3. Hover the mouse on the report name and click on the Edit (pencil) icon.
  4. Check on the Show logo box.

Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!

Hi, I just signed up for Quick Books this week and I'm having the same issue with being unable to add a logo. I'm doing the exact steps you described, but when I click on Save after uploading and selecting the logo, nothing happens. Not only that, but every time I go into the Account settings, I find that Quick Books has dumped my EIN number which I previously entered.

I've seen several posts about the logo issue and would like to know if any progress has been made? I signed up for Quick Books at the recommendation of a friend, but given that it's more expensive than other services and I'm having problems with such basic things, I'm doubting whether it's the right choice.

Welcome to the Community @whitney3895!

We appreciate you for choosing QuickBooks and sharing your experience with us. I’d be glad to help you so you could have your QuickBooks Online efficiently working.

Let’s perform some troubleshooting steps to get this fixed in no time. It's recommended that you clear your cache. Temporary internet files are stored in order to improve loading performance. However, too much of them can affect the browser’s performance.

You can also read this article for more details: Delete or Disable Cache and Temporary Internet Files in Your Web Browser.

When uploading a logo in QuickBooks Online, make sure that:

  • It's in supported format, like .gif, .bmp, .png, .jpg, .jpe, or .jpeg file.
  • Its file size is smaller than 10 MB.
  • It has a bit depth (or color depth) of 24-bits or less.
  • It uses the standard RGB color space (RGB).
  • Its shape is square. Rectangles don't work.
