Hi, I just signed up for Quick Books this week and I'm having the same issue with being unable to add a logo. I'm doing the exact steps you described, but when I click on Save after uploading and selecting the logo, nothing happens. Not only that, but every time I go into the Account settings, I find that Quick Books has dumped my EIN number which I previously entered.
I've seen several posts about the logo issue and would like to know if any progress has been made? I signed up for Quick Books at the recommendation of a friend, but given that it's more expensive than other services and I'm having problems with such basic things, I'm doubting whether it's the right choice.

Let’s perform some troubleshooting steps to get this fixed in no time. It's recommended that you clear your cache. Temporary internet files are stored in order to improve loading performance. However, too much of them can affect the browser’s performance.
You can also read this article for more details: Delete or Disable Cache and Temporary Internet Files in Your Web Browser.

This is dumb. Its June and this problem has been around since at least last November, per my reading here. Same problem. My file is a .jpg, is 45kb, is square (961x961 pixels), bit depth 24. After uploading the logo file into the logos window, clicking on the SAVE button does nothing. Yes, I cleared the cache. Twice.
I don't like to see you upset about this logo issue, @Lift Equation.
When attempting to upload the logo, did you receive a blank box? This is currently investigated by our Product Team and they're working for a permanent fix.
There are two ways to enter the logo in QuickBooks Online. If this isn't working on the Account and Settings page, I'd suggest adding it in the Custom Form Styles.
Let me help you how:
If you still get the same result, I'd suggest contacting our Online Specialist so that they can sign you up to receive email updates as soon as they become available. You can provide them with this INV-32328.

Similar issue. When I try to add a logo by clicking the plus sign, the entire area just grays out and freezes. Have to hit escape to restore. I cannot even get as far as others. I have tried all different methods. In addition as described by others, my info isn't saved when I go back.
I can imagine the hurdle you’ve been through when trying to add a logo in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @Harry08.
Beforehand, here are some possible reasons why you're unable to upload your logo is the requirements. Please ensure that you meet the logo standards set by the system. Here are the following:
If haven't done yet, try logging in to your QBO using a private window. It doesn't use the existing cache files to help us determine if this is a browser-related issue. Feel free to use either of these keyboard shortcuts depending on your browser:
Then, go back to your original browser and clear its cache to start fresh. You can also use another supported and up-to-date browser to narrow down the results.
If the issue persists, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Online Support Team so they can pull up your account in a safe environment and investigate this matter for you.
In the meantime, you can review this guide to learn more about uploading, editing, and deleting logos: Add, customize, or remove logos on sales forms.

Didn't work. It is not a standard issue. When I click on the plus sign to edit or add a logo, the entire QB page highlights in gray. It stays that way until I hit escape.
I cannot change my logo! This function isn't working, please fix ASAP!
