There's an ongoing issue with missing invoices or an inability to view invoices in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).
Our engineers are trying their best to fix this the soonest as possible. While we don't have an exact time frame on when this will be resolved, you can log in to your mobile app if you want your invoices to show.
However, I still suggest reaching out to our support team. This way, they can add you as one of the affected users and, at the same time, be notified once the issue is fixed. Our live support is available Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday, 6 AM to 3 PM PT.
