Thank you for your response. I'm not trying to update email address but company physical address. When I process a check from online bill pay my home address is the physical company address on the check. No where in company settings in my home address so I'm not sure on checks for online bill pay is getting my home address for company address on checks. Thanks!

You're right. The Company setting in QuickBooks Online doesn't contain a field for home address. The address on your mailed check is based on the information you've entered upon signing up to Online Bill Pay. You'll want to open the settings of your Online Bill Pay app to check if you can update the address from there. I'll guide you how:
If you're still unable to change the address, I'd recommend contacting Online Bill Pay's customer support. This way, they'll be able to check your account and update your information. You can get their contact information under the Contact section of their profile in the Apps menu.
