I have Quickbooks Desktop 2021 and have been trying to create a scheduled report. I have the UAC turned off and checked all of the other criteria but it will not create a report or even give an error message. I have Outlook 365 and it is connected to QB. I am able to send memorized reports through my outlook email. I can set up the report but for some reason, QB won't create it. I have talked and chatted with multiple QB support people and no one has an answer for me. My software is updated and I believe they ran an error check as well. I am in single user mode and QB is loaded on my computer, not on a server. It is being backed up to a server so maybe that could be an issue. I would REALLY like to use it, but no one has a solution to fix it. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) has a feature called Scheduled Reports. This allows you to send/email reports on a regular and recurring scheduled time. You can also pick the time and frequency for sending out the reports.
Before doing so, ensure there's an email account set up and integrated with QuickBooks.
Here's how to create a scheduled report:

If the issue persists after performing the procedures above, I recommend running the Verify and Rebuild Data utilities to further isolate the issue.

I have the exact same issue and have the same setup. I haven't been able to send a scheduled report since the 22.0 update. I've had several cases opened, spent countless hours on the phone with service reps but no one is able to communicate with the engineers responsible for fixing the problem. All I ever get is an apology that they have no further information and I will need to wait to hear back from an engineer...who has apparently left the company for good. I suppose I can't blame them because I couldn't work for a company with this lack of communication either. Even the response you received answers a question you never asked! I've currently been on the phone with them for two hours and that's just today. I'm sure this will be another waste of time but maybe they will surprise me ;) I'll be sure to let you know if they do!
