Hello there, @patricia24.
I'm here to make sure you can access the same info in your QuickBooks Online account (QBO).
Let's ensure to log in as the Company or Master admin of your QBO account. This way, you can access all the info within your company.
If you're a standard user, you'll have limited access to some company data. Please refer to the Standard user section of this article for more info on the things that you can and can't do: User types and access permissions in QBO.
Thus, I recommend contacting the Company or Master Admin of the account to change your access permissions. You may give the steps below as their guide:
Check out the Change what a user can do and see (user type) section of this resource for more details about the steps above: Change user access.
You'll also want to read through the Account Management section of this handy Community articles for more insights on how to manage your account: Community help articles.
I'm here to lend a hand if you have more questions about managing your account or other QuickBooks-related concerns. Take care and have a good one.
Hello,
This doesn't change anything at all.
It doesn't concern the access but the details for each client is completely different.
I don't see most transaction we receive for certain clients, which is a huge problem when I have to send it to the client, and it miss some payment (which my boss can see). This provoque confusion for the client and I, and I sometimes process 2-3 times the same payments for nothing.
Please see below.
I have this problem for may more clients
Hi there, @patricia24.
I appreciate that you follow the recommended steps provided by my colleague. However, let me add some additional information that will help you fix your concern. You can check the deposit of the payment and make sure that it is posted on the correct account. Then, enter the correct date in the Date field when making the deposit.
Also, you can follow these steps to find missing payments you want to deposit in the Bank Deposit window:
Once done, you can make a deposit to that payment. For the following steps, you can read this article for more detailed information: Find missing payments you want to deposit in the Bank Deposit window
I also added an article that helps you transfer funds between account: Transfer funds between accounts
If you have additional questions, feel free to leave a message in the comment section. I'll be happier to help. Take care and have a great day!
Hello,
I still didn't get a proper answer and still have problem using this software.
Hello,
Thanks for your answer, but this doesn't fix my problem.
Why the other accounts are able to see the transactions directly where they are supposed to be, but not me.
I also checked, and the are not pending in All Sales neither.
Hi Patricia,
Was this problem ever resolved? I have the same issue with a client of mine. We see 2 different things in the same company.
