it is massive problem in Saudi Arabia we can not issue any invoice without a QR code.

We bought the Saudi Arabia version and it is not following the rules in that country. It is shame on the QuickBooks.

There is no QBO KSA version. You are using QBO Global version for KSA and you will need additional apps as a workaround to comply with the upcoming regulation or migrate to another accounting app.

Advice us with one app which can modify the invoice style and adding qr code

The wait is over! 🎉

We are working on a QuickBooks app (for QBO) that will allow you to add QR codes to invoices, but while we are finalizing everything, here's a working demo tool that allows you to immediately add a QR code to an invoice PDF (or any other PDF file): https://qrify-app.com/demo

A few words about the tool:

1. The tool is experimental - "for educational purposes" - which means that it has not been broadly tested yet on a variety of PDF files.

2. Any file that you upload to the tool is not being saved any where - it is being dynamically processed, the QR code is being inserted, and then it is being deleted from the server.

We are hoping to get your feedback about the app and are excited to help QuickBooks users!

Please DM me if you'd like to try to BETA version of the whole app or if you have any notes, comments or feedback about the UI, functionality and everything else!

Saudi Araba effective 4th December (yesterday), all invoices must have QR Code linked to the cloud. My understanding is that all GCC countries implemented this requirement. Now I cannot issue invoice using Quickbook before I solve this issue.

Your quick action / advise is urgently required.

Is there any plan to add Arabic language as this is now a mandatory requirement to issue invoice. I believe the full invoice need to be translated into Arabic including the headers and footers. It will be great if we can issue invoice with English and Arabic language (dual- language).

I know it's important to have a dual-language feature for your business. As of now, we're unable to provide an update as to when it will be added.
 

I suggest sending feedback directly to our software engineers. They'll take note of our customers' ideas and insights. Here's how:

If you are using QB Desktop, we know a company has developed an add-on to comply with the GAZT requirement. They said it supports all supported QBD year version (i.e 2019-2022). Contact us in private and we will introduce you to them directly.
