What kind of business do you run? You need a 3rd party app.
I run a mobile rv repair business. I almost never need a signature. EXCEPT, Extended Warranty Claims. They require a signed invoice. I am having trouble finding ANY suitable app add on in the store so I will likely need to download the invoice, upload it to docusign manually and then send it to the customer. Why oh why quickbooks do you not have such a simple feature, literally a box for drawing, on an invoice. Please work on this.
To clarify: I think there is a solution if i am present with the customer...but if i am not, which I not always am with the customer, i have to email them the invoice.

It would be beneficial to incorporate the capability to sign invoices directly within the QuickBooks Online web interface. Although this functionality is not currently available, I recommend providing feedback so that our engineers can take it into account for potential inclusion in upcoming updates.
