Hi Jerry,

I hope you're still having a good day despite the issue with the custom field not displaying on the printed invoice. Let's work together to resolve this issue and ensure that the field is properly displayed and printed on the invoices.

You'll want to access QBO in incognito mode (Chrome) or private browsing mode (Firefox, Safari) to rule out conflicts caused by cached data or extensions. Following these steps can help isolate whether the issue is related to your browser setup.

Mac:

  • Google Chrome: Command + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Command + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Command + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

PC:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P

If the field shows while browsing privately, consider clearing your browser's cache, as these files can accumulate over time and potentially lead to display problems. However, if the issue persists, you'll want to access QBO from a different web browser to determine if the problem is specific to your current browser.

Please feel free to provide an update so that I can offer additional assistance if necessary. Take care always!

It does work now.  Also, we realized that the field will only show while populated.  Were thinking it would show regardless.  Feel a bit silly now for not trying that already, but putting out here just in case it helps anyone else.
