Can you please give me more information on the old beta feature? When did is go away and where did they realize the official statement?
Thank you for joining the conversation, daveGum.
I understand you want the Convenience Fee option in QBO. However, after careful consideration and test findings, Intuit decided to discontinue the said feature on February 2, 2022, while it was still in the Beta phase. We don't have an official statement about its removal, but we provided a workaround which is to manually add a convenience fee as an item to invoices.
Feel free to reach back out if you have any other questions about adding a convenience fee. Take care and have a good one.
