Contacting our Customer Support Team is the best way to get a refund. They can review your subscription's status and explain the process there's of your refund request. You'll first have to check out our support hours to ensure we can assist you on time. Here's how:
- Go to the Help menu at the upper right.
- Choose Contact Us.
- Enter Refund request in the What can we help you with? box.
- Click Let's talk.
- Select either Start messaging or Get a callback.
Once processed, we keep your data for 365 days after the cancelation date. You can pick up where you left off if you decide to come back in the future. Thus, I recommend resubscribing QuickBooks Online (QBO) within that period.
