I agree QB support sucks big time. I have been on chat support with them for an hour and have had to restart 3 times because they disconnect me.
I have an issue with QB online bill pay not working. I have it set up properly and connected my bank. When i write checks it gives option to print later or send online. I choose online and save but nothing happens. I cant find anyone to help me.

That said, I want to make it up to you by making sure that you'll be able to pay your bills online.
Unresponsive pages and unusual behaviors are mostly caused by the accumulated cache in the browser. To isolate this issue, you can try logging into your QBO account using a private or incognito window. This mode doesn't save site data and browsing history. Feel free to use these shortcut keys:
Once you're in, open the check then send it again. If it's now working well, close the incognito window and then go back to your regular browser. Next, clear its cache to delete the junk files and enhance your browsing experience. Switching to other supported browsers can also help resolve this issue.
Aside from the Send online option, you can also use the Pay Bills Online functionality to pay your bills in the meantime. I'll show you how:

Open a separate bill payment account of this app for free to integrate with your QBO and compare both of them.

Since you're using QuickBooks Desktop, we can run the Verify tool to identify any data issues within your company file.
Then, the Rebuild tool will self-resolve the issue. You can follow the steps provided by Tori B in running the verify and Rebuild Data tool.

You are kidding, right? There IS NO option to get a call.!!! That is what is so frustrating. When i do as you suggested with Help-- Desktop Help all it does is open a page that searches for canned answers.
