How to print invoice from I-pad?

Welcome back to the Community, @bpa-autoequip.

Printing an invoice in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is pretty quick and easy. Please refer to these steps:

  1. In QBO, go to the Sales menu at the left to get to the Invoices page.
  2. Locate the invoice and tick the drop-down under Action column.
  3. Choose Print to complete the process.

For more information, consider checking out this article: How to email or print an invoice.

Just in case, I'll add these articles for future reference:

Let me know in the comment section if you have any other questions or concerns. I'll be happy to help. Have a good one!

How to print invoice from I-pad?

Glad to see you on this thread, @jenredneckwoman.

Let me welcome you first to the Community. I have the steps to help print your invoice using the Ipad.

  1. In your QBO company, click on the Invoices menu under the Sales section.
  2. This will open the list of sales transactions recorded.
  3.  From there, choose the invoice you’re working on and tap on it to view more details.
  4. On the Invoice page, click the three dots icon in the upper right to select Print.
  5. Another screen will display showing the transaction.
  6. Then, press the Printer menu to print the invoice. Make sure the printer is connected to your device.

These steps should get you back to business in no time.

Let me share the Invoicing in the Mobile app guide for future reference. It outlines the complete steps about creating the transaction (iOS and Android users). The article also provides information on the processes you can do after creating the invoice.

Reach out to me if you need assistance while working in QuickBooks. Please know I’m here ready to help and make sure you’re taken care of. Have a great rest of the day.

We are asking how to print the PACKING SLIP from an iPad/iPhone and NOT the invoice. How do we do that?

Hello @needausername,

Thank you for reaching out to us here in the Community. Allow me to step in and help you print packing slips in QuickBooks Online.

Currently, the option to print packing slips in the mobile app is unavailable. As a workaround, access your account using the mobile's web browser.

Use a supported web browser to ensure you can access QuickBooks without any issues. Please follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your account using the web browser.
  2. On the left navigation bar, hover your cursor to Customers & leads.
  3. Select Customers.
  4. Press the customer's name.
  5. Go to the Transaction List tab.
  6. Select the box next to each invoice or sales receipt for which you want to print a Packing Slip.
  7. Click the Batch actions dropdown.
  8. Choose Print packing slip.

It would be beneficial to have it directly on the mobile app. While we assess this, I encourage you to send feedback directly to our product engineers.

We continue to improve the product, and they might include this in future updates. Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your account using the web browser.
  2. Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner.
  3. Select Feedback under Profile.
  4. Share your suggestion.
  5. Hit Next to submit.

The feature availability will depend on the type of device you use for QuickBooks Online. I recommend checking out this link to learn more about the difference when using the mobile version: Compare mobile app features.

Keep us posted if you need anything else regarding the mobile app or printing transactions. Have a great day.
