Thanks for visiting the Community.

I know how important for your business to have these deposits post into your account sooner. I can help provide some information about the QuickBooks Payments processing time.

For customers’ who are new to the service, the first deposit may take longer (within 5 business days) since we’re setting up the merchant account. The funding time varies depending on the payment method your customer uses. Credit card payments are posted in your account 2-3 business days, while a bank transfer can take up to 5 business days.

Since it’s already over two weeks, I recommend contacting our Merchant Services Team. One of our specialists can help look into this further for you in a secure space. Click on the following link to view the contact information and service hours: Contact Payments Support.

In regard to your other concern, allow me to guide you through the steps on how to speed up the deposit. Here’s how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon at the top to select Account and Settings under Your Company.
  2. Tap the Payments menu on the left panel to access the Deposit Speed section.
  3. From there, check the number of days or deposit speed.
  4. If you see Learn more link, you can apply for next-day payments. The eligibility is determined by various factors, such as processing activity and history.
  5. Hit the Payments tab to select Upgrade in the Deposit Speed section.
  6. Follow the on-screen steps to complete the upgrade process.
