I know how important for your business to have these deposits post into your account sooner. I can help provide some information about the QuickBooks Payments processing time.
For customers’ who are new to the service, the first deposit may take longer (within 5 business days) since we’re setting up the merchant account. The funding time varies depending on the payment method your customer uses. Credit card payments are posted in your account 2-3 business days, while a bank transfer can take up to 5 business days.
Since it’s already over two weeks, I recommend contacting our Merchant Services Team. One of our specialists can help look into this further for you in a secure space. Click on the following link to view the contact information and service hours: Contact Payments Support.
In regard to your other concern, allow me to guide you through the steps on how to speed up the deposit. Here’s how:

- Tap the Payments menu on the left panel to access the Deposit Speed section.
- From there, check the number of days or deposit speed.
- If you see Learn more link, you can apply for next-day payments. The eligibility is determined by various factors, such as processing activity and history.
