1. We have Intuit QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions: Accountant 18.0 that we are currently using on a Win7 computer. Unfortunately, the computer was compromised by Malware that we are having tons of issues. But we have the backup intact.
2. We have an active QuickBooks Enterprise Gold edition Standard - Latest Version.
3. First, we downloaded and installed Version 18.0 from CAMPS to a new Windows 10 Pro 2004 compter. Restored the working backup. However, we have noticed that it is Intuit QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions 18.0. (No Accountant tag like above). Is it the same program? (Pls see attached images)
4. We have Payroll Subscription.
The reason why we are asking is because we cannot generate the new PPP Cash Compensation and PPP Average Monthly Payroll Cost reports. We are not sure if there will be such conflicts; if they were indeed different versions. We have tried all Enterprise Versions 19, 20 and the most recent 21 with the same issues.
Will appreciate any help. Thanks.
QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions has a different feature with QuickBooks Enterprise: Accountant, @deoguard.
QuickBooks Enterprise is used for a huge amount of transactional data. QuickBooks Enterprise: Accountant is designed specifically for bookkeepers and accountants.
However, both versions of QuickBooks can pull up the PPP Average Monthly Payroll Cost reports.

Thanks for that reply. In that case, should the backup company file coming from the ENTERPRISE ACCOUNTANT version work without issues on the ENTERPRISE versions? Because up to now, we cannot resolve the issue not being able to run PPP reports. Have tried all versions of ENTERPRISE coming from intuit download thru our subscription. We cannot obtain an Installer for the ENTERPRISE ACCOUNTANT. What we had was a major upgrade from ENTERPRISE ACCOUNTANT 15.0 but that computer is now compromised.
Yes, the backup company file from the Enterprise Accountant works without issues on any other QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) versions, @deoguard.
The PPP reports are accessible through the Reports menu in all QBDT edition. Please see the screenshot below.
However, since you already upgraded your QBDT Enterprise Accountant version and used a variety of Enterprise Solutions (ES) editions but still your issue about pulling up the PPP Cash Compensation and Average Monthly Payroll Cost reports continue, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team. They can further investigate the cause of this matter and guide you with a fix.
Please note that we have updated our support options for QBDT. Our representatives are available through chat to accommodate all our customer's concerns effectively. Here's how:
You'll have to know the company file compatibility in QBDT. This is to avoid issues and errors when you upgrade the program. To learn more about this, kindly refer to this article: Company file compatibility with QuickBooks Desktop. It also includes reminders and terminologies to name a few.
Please let me know if you have other concerns. I'm just around to help. Take care always.
Thanks for that reply @Rea_M and @Rubielyn_J
Next week we will have the cut-off date where we need the PPP Reports. We are preparing a fresh brand new computer for this purpose.
It is a Windows 10 Pro 2004 (the latest) and we pushing all current updates now.
Since it’s a weekend, we will connect to Customer Care this Monday.
In your opinion/recommendation, what is more compatible (certified to work properly) with Window 10 Pro 2004? Enterprise 19.0 or Enterprise 20.0?
Based on this, we will install just one. RESTORE/convert current backup and contact Customer Care for troubleshooting.
Your quick thoughts on this are most appreciated.
Thank you.
Thanks for the quick reply, @deoguard.
It's my pleasure to give insights about the Windows version that is certified in QuickBooks Desktop.
The most guaranteed Windows for QuickBooks Desktop 2020 are Windows 10 versions 1803, 1709, and 1809. For 2019, though the versions mentioned are also supported, but they aren't fully certified yet. Nevertheless, we're not aware of any issues hindering you from using QuickBooks on this version of Windows 10, so you shouldn't have any difficulty.

I am not an accountant. My job is to ensure successful installation of QuickBooks on a different computer. That would be able to Run PPP Reports.
Just as equally important, I have attached this pop-up screen that prompts every time I open QuickBooks. I just close it because I am not sure how it might impact our live version running on another computer. Because it has something to do with Setup?
Could it be possible that this is causing the issue? I mean the prompt is telling us to Start The Features.
Your insights would provide us a "heads-up" prior to that Customer Care reach-out next week (as recommended here). Appreciate all your help.
It's great to see you here, @deoguard! Let me share you some insights about the Set up Subscription Features window.
This window gives users quick access to setting up the subscription features. Not to worry, disregarding this window doesn't cause any issues to your QuickBooks. You can also select the Don't display this message in the future box (see the screenshot below) to stop it from showing up every time you open your QuickBooks. Anyway, you have the option to activate them from the settings. Just go to the Edit menu and select Preferences.
Additionally, you can browse these articles to know more about the QuickBooks preferences:
