not sure why but my D&B auto fill no longer pops up when i am entering a new vendor. can you assist?
Hello suzettemichelle1.
Thanks for stopping by the Community, sometimes the auto fill feature stops populating when you recently cleared cache and cookies because the auto fill was stored in those caches. The only way to get that auto fill feature back is to continue to use it and fill it out manually and the auto fill will populate after a few uses. If you are still experiencing issues after several uses I would suggest reaching out to the support team for further troubleshooting options. Here's how you can reach them.
The next available agent will reach to you as soon as possible.
If you have any other questions or concerns, in the meantime, feel free to post them down below. Thank you for your time and have a lovely afternoon.
I don't think the representative are understanding the issue. It stopped working for me also. Please advise.
Greetings, @aiwapro.
Let’s perform some troubleshooting steps to isolate this issue. I recommend accessing your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account on a private or incognito window. From there, enter your vendor information and check if the auto-fill populates.
This way, we can check is this issue due to piled up cache from the browser. To open a private window, you can simply follow these keyboard shortcuts depending on the browser you’re using:
If the auto-fill populates while using a private window, go to back your regular browser and clear its cache. Stored cache for a while causes unusual behavior to your browser that affects the performance of your QBO account. Thus, clearing its cache is a simple fix for it.
If the issue persists, I recommend using other supported browsers to see and check if this is a browser integrated issue.
In addition to this, you can check out this article that serves as your guide for when you’re ready to file 1099 for your vendor: Prepare and file 1099s using QuickBooks Online. This link provides complete details to file your vendor 1099s efficiently.
Keep me posted if you have other concerns or questions about setting up a vendor in your QBO account. I’ll be around to help you out anytime. Keep safe.
This is not a browser issue. I have the issue on multiple computers.
Hello there, aiwapro.
When you enter a new vendor in QBO, the Powered by data from Dun & Bradstreet drop-down will appear with the names that match what you're typing. You may visit this article for more information about vendors in general: Vendors overview.
You can also get in touch with us if you get the same thing. Our Phone Support can do advanced troubleshooting steps on how to auto-fill vendors.
To ensure that we address your concern immediately, you can view our support hours.
Should you have any other questions or clarifications about this, don't hesitate to let me know. I'd be glad to help.
I'm blown away how many of you don't understand what's being asked here. They're saying the Powered by data from Dun & Bradstreet drop-down no longer appears.
i'm having the same issue. Was this feature removed????
Thanks for reaching out to us regarding the QuickBooks Capital feature, @DP77,
This financing feature in QuickBooks Online is still supported, and we are continually partnering with Dun & Bradstreet. May I know if this is your first time accessing the Capital page or we're you able to use this feature before?
For first applicants, if your business is eligible for funding this feature is available in the left navigation panel. To learn more about how we evaluate your account and its eligibility, check out the following links:
However, if you have used this for quite sometime and can't find the option for Dun and Bradsheet when accessing the Capital page, I recommend contacting our Support for help. Here's how to contact us:

Kindly post some updates about this topic or let me know how it goes after contacting our Support. I want to make sure this is resolved and I'll be right here to help. Have a good one!
Do you get paid by the reply?? Because that response tells me you didn't even bother reading what we're asking or have no clue about what's being asked.
I'm so sick and tired of these worthless unrelated responses from the QBO team. I'd rather you not respond.
