Thanks for posting again here. Let me assist you in mapping the inventory accounts.
It's great that you verified that the correct accounts were selected. It could be that there are damaged data on your QuickBooks Point of Sale (POS) file which causes this mapping issue. You'll want to rebuild it to fix it by following the steps:
- From the Help menu, select About QuickBooks Point of Sale.
- With the Point of Sale information window open, simultaneously press Ctrl+Alt+D+B on your keyboard.
- Select OK to close the information window.
- Run the Verify utility. From the Help menu, select Debug, then Verify Data.
Once done, run the Clean Up Company Data tool to repair transactions and list damages.
For your QuickBooks Desktop, make sure it's updated and run also the Verify and Rebuild Data tool.
