Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser.
So the issue is not a error in Quickbooks that shows the issue is I go through all the steps to link my account and it did the small deposits yet it still asks me to keep doing that. It for some reason will not connect to my Chase account that I have used with quick books for years. So I am unable to direct pay my Vendors. It is also the same account that I pay my quickbooks and taxes with.
