Transaction and Bank reconciliations

So I going into Transactions/banking and breaking out my deposits and match it up with a invoice.  Problem I'm having is that now my reconciliation shows all these little deposits that make on the 10,000 deposit.  Is there a way once you've associated the invoices that match up the whole deposit to keep the reconciliation with the whole number not the 25 invoices that made up that deposit.  Hopefully there is an easy solution

Thanks

Teresa

Transaction and Bank reconciliations

I know how important it is to ensure your books are accurate, PeteresaCovina. I'm here to share some insights.

QuickBooks Online depends on how you record and match your transactions in the program. Also, when reconciling your accounts, you compare what you recorded with your bank statement to make sure everything is accurate. I'd recommend ensuring all the data matches to avoid any issues.

For more tips about matching your transactions, please see this article: Categorize and Bank Data in QuickBooks Online.

If your record doesn't match your bank statement at the end of reconciliation, I'd suggest checking out this article to resolve this: Fix Issues so you can Finish Reconciling.

Additionally, I've included these articles that'll help you manage your reconciliation in QuickBooks Online. This way, you can ensure your record is correct.

If you need anything else, please leave a reply below, PeteresaCovina. I'll be happy to help. Keep safe always!

No

I need to figure out how to keep the whole sum of the deposit in the reconciliation, instead of it showing all the invoices that made that deposit up.  Is there a way to put all the transaction of that deposit under a ticket number?  The reconciliation should show exactly the same as the bank, not the individual transactions that made up that deposit.  How do I do that?
