Let me share some info about your inquiry.
At the moment, the Audit log feature is only available in QuickBooks Online. When an invoice is deleted in your Self-Employed account, we're unable to retrieve the details.
You can send a product suggestion to our product developers. They'll review this idea and might consider updating it in the future.
