Hello there, @woodmoon.

Thanks for posting again here in the Community. I can share some information about adding a custom role in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

The receipt snap feature allows you to categorize and track uploaded expense receipts and bills in QBO. However, only the primary and company admin users can access it. This goes to entering banking or credit card information as well.

You can learn more about the different options for user roles and access permissions by visiting this article: User roles and access rights in QuickBooks Online.

On the other hand, if you're using a QBO Advanced version, you can set up custom roles to give users specific access to your account. Please note that only the master admin can provide this function to a user. If you need to be the new primary admin, follow the steps in this article to transfer access: How to Change the Primary Admin User in QuickBooks.

To see more tips and other resources about QBO, I recommend visiting our website for future reference: Self-help articles.

Reach out to me if you have any follow-up questions about this or if there's anything else I can do for you. I'll be around to help. Have a wonderful rest of the day.

Thanks for asking again, @woodmoon. Other than admin, the primary user can scan receipts.
