When the Internet data in your browser’s cache get corrupted, it sometimes leads to unusual behavior that affects system functionalities. You can perform some steps to get this fixed.
First, open your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account in a private or incognito window for testing. You can use these shortcuts keys below for quick navigation:
Once logged in, check your Dashboard. If there are no uncategorized transactions show up, get back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Doing this helps the program to run better. You can also use other supported browsers as an alternative except for Internet Explorer.

No help using incognito. It has the same indication. All searches for uncategorized transactions come up empty.

I have already looked there, and apologize for not including that I had done so. It was the obvious first place to look. I've also done advance searches through P&L and Chart of Accounts.
