An Invoice is related to Customers, and a Bill is Related to vendors.  Maybe you have the vendor duplicated as a customer?

Welcome to the Community, takiryjp.

There are a few factors why you're getting the Suspended alert in QuickBooks Desktop. Below are the lists:

  • QuickBooks is not updated.
  • If the automatic renewal isn't successful, or the credit card or bank account on file is outdated.
  • Intuit is having trouble getting authorization with your payroll billing information.
  • You're using an incorrect Payroll tax table version.

To update your billing information, please follow the steps below:

  1. In QuickBooks, go to Employees.
  2. Select My Payroll Service, then Account/Billing Information.
  3. Sign in using your Intuit Account login.
  4. Select Billing Detail.
  5. The level of information may vary depending on your contact role. If you don't see any information under the Billing Details box, this means that you're not the current billing contact. To change the holder or the billing contact, please contact us.
  6. Select Edit billing info.
  7. Enter your new billing information and select I Agree.

Learn more about the process of updating your billing information in QBDT through this article: Update or renew your subscription.

If you have a payroll subscription, you'll want to verify its status through these steps:

  1. Go to the Employees tab.
  2. Choose My Payroll Service.
  3. Select Manage Service Key.
  4. In the Status column, verify if it says Active.
  5. You can also view your subscription status by pressing Ctrl + K on your keyboard.
  6. If the status says Active, click the Edit button.
  7. Click Next.
  8. Uncheck the Open.

Another alternative in reactivating your payroll subscription is provided in this link: Renew or reactivate your QuickBooks Desktop Payroll subscription.
