It's nice to have you here in the Community. I'm here to help make sure that the payment options will show when creating an invoice in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Once you turn on the QuickBooks payments feature, you'll have the ability to accept payments on invoices by using a debit, credit card, Apply Pay, or bank transfer. If already on and you're not seeing it when creating an invoice, let's perform some troubleshooting steps that can help isolate this issue.
Try logging into your QBO account using a different or a private browser. There are times that the browser is full of frequently accessed page resources, thus causing some errors and/or unusual responses.
To use a private browser, here's how:
On your keyboard, press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox or Internet Explorer).
Control + Option + P (Safari).
Once logged in, try to create an invoice and check if you can now see the payment options.
If it'll work using a different or a private browser, go back to your default browser and perform clear cache to remove temporary internet files on your computer.
