We need close account

  • Sign in as an Admin to your QuickBooks Online account
  • Select the Gear icon in the top right corner
  • Choose Account and Settings
  • Click Billing and Subscription
  • In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel
  • Select Continue to Cancel, then Continue to Cancel again
  • Finally, answer the exit survey questions - this feedback helps us make our Product better
  • Then scroll down and select Confirm Cancel

You are able to resubscribe to the same account within 12 months of the day you cancel.

 

*** If you do NOT receive a confirmation email, then the cancellation was NOT successful.  Either do it again, of contact QB directly.

We’re sad to know that you want to cancel your QuickBooks Online account, @695176.

 

Let me make the process easy for you by following the steps below:

 

  1. Sign in as an Admin to QuickBooks Online.
  2. Select the Gear icon, and choose Account and Settings.
  3. Click Billing and Subscription.
  4. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel (paid subscription) or Cancel Trial (if you’re using a trial).
  5. Select Continue to Cancel, then Continue to Cancel again.
  6. Finally, answer the exit survey questions (to help us make QuickBooks better), then scroll down and select Confirm Cancel.

 

If your account is suspended, we'll need to resubscribe and reactivate it before you can cancel. We'll also automatically cancel your subscription after three failed attempts to charge your payment method. Once canceled, we keep your data for a year. To learn more about it, check out this article: What happens to my QuickBooks Online data after I cancel?. Also, you can pick up where you left off if you decide to come back in the future by resubscribing within the specified period.
