You've come to the right place for help, @homerx-robertb-g.
I know some ways on how you can charge your customer a service fee.
Create the fee as a service item in QuickBooks. This allows you to simply add a standard fee to invoices with a clear, thorough description.
If you haven't sent the invoice yet, follow these:
On the other hand, create a new invoice for the fee and send it to your customer. Here's how:

That doesn’t work since quickbooks payments doesn’t charge a fixed fee. It depends on how the customer pays as well.
Hello there, @homerx-robertb-g. Thanks for getting back here.
I can see the importance of this feature to you and your business. This would be very helpful if this can be implemented in the future.
For now, I'd still recommend following the recommendation shared by my colleague above. You'll have to create an item for the service fee and add it to the invoice.
Let me help you send your valuable feedback to our Product Development team. You'll need to sign in to your QuickBooks Online account to share with us your insights about the feature you want to include in the program. Here's how:

If you are running a B2B company, you can use a 3rd party payment processor to let your clients pay the processing fee.
If I’m unsure of how much the fee is going to be how do I charge for it? If they pay with a card it’s more than if they do bank transfer.
It’s not very professional to invoice my customer for a fee after the fact. If your service would allow the fee to be paid be the customer instead of the merchant it would be much better. There is a fee of x for card and x for bank transfer. No one wants to pay a separate invoice for fees.
Hi there, Robert.
You can track the fees when depositing the payment. I'll guide you on how.
If you haven't yet, create an expense account to allocate your bank fees to.
Once done, you're now ready to add the fees to your deposit.
Alternatively, you can add the fees to your invoices. If you don't want to add the fees when sending the transaction to your customer, you can modify them after the process. In this case, you need to create a product/service for tracking purposes.
Once done, add the credit card or bank transfer fees to your transaction.

Once your invoices and payments are in place, you can proceed with your reconciliation to match your bank and credit card statements. You can use this article as your reference: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.

I think he may be missing but I’m trying to do here. When I send a Customer a money request through QuickBooks they make the payment and it deposits itself automatically into my QuickBooks cash account with a fee. I’m not depositing it anywhere I’m not talking about a transfer fee to my bank I’m talking about a fee for a credit card processing or electron a transfer from my customers Bank to my QuickBooks cash account.
I appreciate the additional information, @homerx-robertb-g. It will help us find different ways to achieve the goal.
As all available alternatives are already provided to my peers above regarding the recording of service charges, I recommend that you chat or call our Customer Care Team. They maybe have other ways to let you charge your customer a service fee within your QuickBooks Cash.

The fees are outrageous, I just got charge $50 for one transaction. What are the fees percentages for each method of payment so that I can calculate that into the invoice?
