Are you trying to import your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) data into TurboTax? If so, I can help you with it.
Your data will be sent to TurboTax once you've completed the self-employed questions. You can click on the Tax Checklist to review and complete all the tasks. You can read this guide for more details: Send your tax info to TurboTax Online.
If you're done all of those steps but your data isn't showing on your TurboTax account, it could be that your TurboTax and QBSE have different login credentials. We need to make sure that the usernames for both accounts are the same. If they are different, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Self-Employed Customer Care. They can transfer your data from one account to another.
- Go to Help and click Contact us.
- Enter Different usernames in the question field, then Continue.
- Choose either Chat or Talk to a specialist.
