Where's my money. And why isn't this website more helpful/user friendly especially when it comes to the main reason why we as the customers choose to use this website?

When you're receiving payments through Merchant SErvices, it will take five (5) to seven (7) business days for the funds to deposit into your account after your first payment. While for ACH deposits may take 7-10 business days.

It's normal for new users as we need to set up your merchant account first. The next time you process your payments, it will deposit quicker, typically within two business days.

In case the payment is still not deposited within that period, I recommend contacting the QuickBooks Payments Support Phone Team to pull up your account information. They can help check to determine the details of the transaction why it takes too long for the deposit to get into your account.
