Using a commercial kitchen to grow my brand

So i dont have the money to get in a brick and mortor at the moment so ive chosen a shared kitchen to grow my brand and income stream. Looking for advice on some ideas as a whole

I think it is a good idea! Depending mostly on what you plan to do. I know a lot of small businesses in the food industry that start in a State inspected shared kitchen and grow their brand and bring in income until they have enough to start their own place. Also, farmers markets and events are a great way to spread your brand and become more known. 

Just curious, what do you plan to make? :)

Thank you for the insight. Right now i will be doing alot of baked goods for retail and wholesale. The catering menu im devoloping to cover more on the food tip

ghost kitchens are growing in the brick and mortars. It's a matter of connecting with clients who want your service. My business Twodelicious916 ids coming up slowly . I am a pop up kitchen and do farmers markets, and private events.
