Can anyone tell me how to get the 1099 NEC to align properly? The first 1099 on the page is fine but the second one is completely off. Has anyone figured out how to do this yet? I'm using QB Desktop Premier 2020

Thank you - I have done all those steps and still have the problem. The first 1099 on the page aligns perfectly, the second 1099 does not - there doesn't seem to be a way to align just the second form. Any ideas?

Thank you for your help. It turns out the "Quickbooks" compatible forms I purchased from a seller on Amazon were not compatible. I purchased additional forms from the office supply store and they work fine!
I am running into the same issue. I tried looking for the forms but they appear to be the same. The TINS and the non employee compensation boxes must align but they don’t in the pictures that the sellers claim QB compatible. Can you please help with a link of the forms that you purchased?

Hi - I have done the updates and attempted to align the form but the issue is that only these fields below are not aligning correctly. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It's all printing in the recipient address spread out, causing the address to go to next form.

Since you're still getting the result, I'd recommend using coarse alignment adjustments. This way, we could determine if the issue is within the printer settings. Here's how:
