Dear Representaive,
Thank you for the update. I also had trouble using the "Sales Tax Center" for days using Google Chrome and Mozila. I was able to get the transaction detail I needed another way, but I struggles for days trying to contact Intuit.
The call back did not work and the chat waiting went on for hours. Needles to say I could not stare at the screen waiting for the chat to become availble. Is there a posting board of current issue with Quickbooks online?
It would be nice to know the current issues and updates about the issues.
Thank you for your help, Jeremy
I had the same issue, try Microsoft Edge

It can be challenging when we encounter unexpected situations like this, @ballardwater. Thank you for bringing this to us.
Upon checking, the investigation about the sales tax center issue has been resolved. Since you're still experiencing the same problem, we can perform some basic troubleshooting steps to determine if it's a browser-related issue.
Your web browser's cache stores website files on your computer to help the site load faster on future visits. However, it can also get outdated over time, leading to difficulties in accessing websites. Thus, we have to open your QBO account on an incognito window. Doing so will prevent the browser history from being saved.
Please refer to the following keyboard shortcuts based on your browser type:
If the private browsing session works, clear the browser's cache to allow the system to restart. This task is also possible in other supported, up-to-date browsers. Clearing the cache will reboot the system, allowing you to work with a clean slate.
However, if the issue persists, I recommend contacting our Support Team. They have resources to guide you in finding the cause of this issue in a secure environment.
Here's how:
To ensure you'll reach our support team, check out their support hours to determine their availability.

A new case has been opened as for many this hasnt been resolved.
Your automatic responses are not helping anyone here. It is 12/06/2023, and the issue seems to come and go, and right now it isn't working. So no... it is not resolved. I am sorry if this comes off snarky, but it is frustrating. We are being pushed to use QuickBooks Online more and more, and there is so much about it I do not like.

This is beyond frustrating. Numerous phone calls and live chat sessions just to be told we know it's an issue and we are working on it. This has been going on for months with no end in sight, and zero sense of urgency or concern from Intuit. As a Mac user I'm also stuck because I can't even export my data without using a Windows version, which I clearly don't have. They forced us away from desktop to online, and then made it so there's no way to go back.
Carrie. I use Quickbooks online and my sales tax center has not been working for over a month. They are still trying to resolve. Its crucial to get this fixes asap and I have not even been sent updates.
I am not even getting updates as I was told I would get. After my chat or phone call ends, I have to contact yall again and go through the whole process for yall to try to fix before you tell me its an ongoing issue.
Can we please get an update on the sale tax center issue? It has been over a month and mine still isn;t working. With EOY accounting coming up, this needs to be fixed.

Ditto over here. Since October 2023, I have needed to take extraordinary measures outside of Quickbooks to formulate accurate reports to file monthly sales taxes. Also, I have been unable to enter the sales tax amounts paid because of a system error. It has been burden.
I postulate the following to the Quickbooks engineers or to whom it may concern:
Why not restore or revert the tax center programming to August when there were no detrimental tax center issues, until you can debug the new? The current tax center state has resulted in significant adverse effects. With a new tax season quickly approaching, a different strategy may need serious consideration.
