I'll share some insights about why bank accounts are not recognized by QuickBooks Online (QBO), Tracy.

 

Before we proceed, could you please clarify what you mean by recognize? Are you referring to the two bank accounts do not appear when you are attempting to link them? If so, I recommend reaching out to your bank to confirm if the accounts are set up to be integrated with QBO. Also, ensure that the credentials used are the same as the other accounts.

 

If all is operating smoothly at your bank and the login details associated are the same. I suggest using a private or incognito window or other compatible browser to connect these two accounts. You can use the keyboard shortcuts provided below to save time:

 

  • For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Safari browser: Command + Shift + N
