Base on the screenshot you've shared here, I can see it's about browser system requirements. In QuickBooks Desktop, it requires an Internet Explorer 11 (32-bit) as your browser. It could be the Internet Explorer (IE) version you have might not suitable with the QBDT installed in your system. Hence, you encountered this error message.  

 

I suggest upgrading to the latest support IE version. For your reference, read this article: Upgrade Internet Explorer to open QuickBooks Desktop.  

 

If the same thing happens after updating the latest version of a browser, I suggest reaching out to our QuickBooks Support team. This way, they can pull up your account and investigate for further resolution. 

 

  1. Go to Help.
  2. Select QuickBooks Desktop Help.  
  3. Enter your concern.
  4. Click Contact Us
