It's good to see you here in the Community, @Mostafa389.

I'd be happy to assist you in getting your W-2 forms.

If you're an employer, you can go to the Payroll tax menu and print your W-2 forms from there. Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
  2. Click Taxes from the left menu, then select Payroll Tax.
  3. From the Forms section, select Annual Forms.
  4. Select the W-2, Copies A & D (employer) link.
  5. Click View, then Print.

I'm adding this article for more guidance: Print your W-2 and W-3 forms.

However, if you're an employee, you can log in to your QuickBooks Workforce account and go to the W-2 menu to get a copy. If you haven't set up your account yet, you'll want to coordinate with your employer and ask them to invite you to the QuickBooks Workforce.

Just in case you need further details about W-2, you can read this article: Get answers to your W-2 questions.

Should you need more assistance getting your W-2 forms, I'm available here to help any time! Wishing you continued success, @Mostafa389.
