It looks like you are using a third-party app for paying bills. There are two options on how you can mark the bills as paid. I'd be glad to share both options with you.
First, you can manually close the bill using the Pay bills function. Here's, how:
- Click the +New button and select Pay bills.
- Select all bills that you want to mark as paid.
- Click the drop-down list for Schedule payments online, then select Save and close.
Second, use the Match option if your bank is connected in QBO via Online Banking. This way, the bills are automatically closed and marked as paid once the payment is matched to them.
