Welcome to the Community, @Payton797.

I can help shed some light on your concern about Gmail. Even though you haven't set any specific rules or filters, many vendors' invoices are still ending up in the trash folder in QuickBooks Online.

To resolve this issue, make sure to add Intuit to your allowed list or safe sender list. Additionally, double-check for any faulty filters that might be redirecting your emails to folders other than your inbox. You can review your settings to see or modify where your emails are being sent. If you have filters set up, they may be sending some emails to the trash.

As my colleague suggested, I recommend seeking assistance from an IT professional. They can help configure your email settings to prevent invoices from being sent to the Trash or Deleted folder. You can also contact Gmail's support team for further guidance.

You can also refer to this article to learn how to add Intuit's service email addresses to your email whitelist. Additionally, you can find instructions on setting up QuickBooks Online to send invoices from your Gmail address.

I'm only a comment away if you have any questions regarding managing your invoices or bills in QuickBooks Online. Take care and enjoy your weekend!
