Thank you for bringing this to our attention, sbarrett.
We'll review your email preferences to determine if a rule was set to move the invoices to the folder mentioned above.
When you set up rules for your Outlook account, any emails that meet the criteria will be automatically sent to the Trash folder. It's important to review these rules to see if any of them are configured to send messages to the Deleted Items folder.
You also have the option to reach out to an IT professional for further assistance. They'll configure your email settings to prevent invoices from going to the Trash or Deleted folder.

Hi there, sbarrett.
Hope you’re doing great. I wanted to see how's everything going regarding the emailed invoices automatically moved to the Trash folder the other day. Was it resolved? Do you need any additional help or clarification? If you do, just let me know. I’d be happy to help you at any time.
Looking forward to your reply. Have a pleasant day ahead!
Same issue on Gmail, no obvious filter or preferences to be seen but many vendors invoices straight to trash folder.
Welcome to the Community, @Payton797.
I can help shed some light on your concern about Gmail. Even though you haven't set any specific rules or filters, many vendors' invoices are still ending up in the trash folder in QuickBooks Online.
To resolve this issue, make sure to add Intuit to your allowed list or safe sender list. Additionally, double-check for any faulty filters that might be redirecting your emails to folders other than your inbox. You can review your settings to see or modify where your emails are being sent. If you have filters set up, they may be sending some emails to the trash.
As my colleague suggested, I recommend seeking assistance from an IT professional. They can help configure your email settings to prevent invoices from being sent to the Trash or Deleted folder. You can also contact Gmail's support team for further guidance.

Allow me to elaborate or clarify things so you can return to working order, cor maintenance.
You'll want to review your email preferences and check if you set up rules in your Outlook or Gmail account. That way, the sales transactions you've sent to your customers will not go through to the deleted folder.
Also, you can add approved email addresses for your email provider. From Intuit’s service email addresses table, add the QuickBooks product's sender addresses to your contact list, address book, safe senders list, or allow list.
On the other hand, you may contact an IT expert for additional help. They can adjust your email preferences to ensure that invoices are not sent to the Trash or Deleted folder.
