Tracking time on your mobile device is simple and easy. You can clock in and out, switch jobs, and see who’s working directly on your smartphone. Follow these steps to track time on a mobile phone:

If geofencing is enabled, the QuickBooks Time app must always have access to employees’ locations.** GPS data received when employees are off the clock or on break will never be accessible by employers, admins, or QuickBooks Time.
