We've received some reports about the report header, dozier93.

It would help me provide a correct solution if you can share a screenshot of the changes on the report page. In the meantime, let's perform a few troubleshooting steps to isolate what causes this issue.

First, let's run a report on a private window. This helps your browser to load faster since it does not store any file history. Then, if it works, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Once this cache is piled up, it can cause an unexpected issue on the page we've opened.

You can also use a different supported browser to open a report. There are times that the browser we're currently using is having a maintenance. This can be the reason why we've experienced issues with QuickBooks.

I'll be keeping an eye for your response as to how these steps work on your end.

I did the private window and worked like charm.  I am all set.

Thank you.

Thanks for taking the time to follow-up, @dozier93.

It's great to know that the solution worked for you! If something only works in a private window, it generally means that there's a cache issue with the browser. For additional information on this process, I recommend the article that my colleague shared above.

I've checked our records, Rosari024. I haven't seen any open investigations the same as yours.

It might be you're experiencing some browser hiccups. You can follow the steps provided by Adrian_A at the top. It resolves unexpected issues in QuickBooks Online.

If it doesn't make any difference, I suggest reaching out to our customer care support. A live agent will help you fix it through chat and phone calls. Here's how:

  1. Click Help inside QuickBooks Online.
  2. Select Talk to a human.
  3. Enter "Report headings appear to be wrapped in the first column rather than spread out" in the Type something field.
  4. Click I still need a human.
  5. Select Contact us.
  6. Choose either Messaging or Callback

In the meantime, I'll share some articles as future references:
