I need to pay my payroll subscription

I let my payroll subscription lapse.  I need to pay it by credit card.  My account information shows the correct card number but shows that the card is not in use.

How can I pay this and get back to work?

I need to pay my payroll subscription

Hello labtax 103!

Thank you for resubscribing to payroll!

You can simply re-enter your credit card information to reactivate your payroll subscription. After that, you can update your tax table and continue working from where you left.

If you need quick references, just click on Help, choose QuickBooks Desktop Help, and search for the payroll topics you like. You can also go back to this thread if you have other questions in mind. Have a good one!

I need to pay my payroll subscription

Hello there, @Sylvia Jauregui.

Let's check first the status of your payroll, then refresh or re-validate your payroll service key to synchronize the update.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Employees menu on the top menu bar.
  2. Select My Payroll Service then click Account/Billing Information.
  3. Sign in using your Intuit Account login credentials.
  4. Select View Payroll Activity under the Direct Deposit section.
  5. Enter your Direct Deposit PIN.
  6. Look for the payroll and check its status.

Here's how to re-validate the service key:

  1. Click Employees at the top menu bar.
  2. Select My Payroll Service and choose Manage Service Key.
  3. In the QuickBooks Service Keys window, click Edit at the bottom.
  4. Hit Next.
  5. Click Finish.
  6. When the Payroll Update message appears, select OK.
  7. Verify the Service Status shows Activ then select OK.
