Is there a solution? We can't sign up using invitation to Quickbooks for more than 2 weeks now. Tried incognito, different browsers and devices. Please fix the bug!!!

We can't sign up for 2 weeks from different browsers and devices. Please help!!!

We were able to create a dummy account. Utilize the private/incognito browser if required.

Please correct status. This thread is not "SOLVED" and the issue has not been resolved.

The ability to manually change the status of the post is unavailable. The post's status would be determined by how the user tagged it on their end.

Please see the troubleshooting steps offered by my colleagues in earlier threads. If you're still having trouble signing up for a QuickBooks Online Accountant, you should contact our Customer Support team. This way, they can look into it further and assist you in resolving the problem right away.

Here's how to contact support:

1. Login to your QBO company.
2. Click on Help (?).
3. Choose between Talking to a Human or Chat.

Check out the support hours to make sure they're available to assist you.

We encountered a few glitches but we were still able to create ones. Contact us in private and we may help you. 

I spoke with support staff today and there is currently an open ticket looking into this with Intuit as of today, 9/28/21 (11:30AM PST). This issue has not been resolved by Intuit.

The investigation (INV 61750) for the issue when signing up in QuickBooks Online Accountant is still in progress. Since you've already reached out to our support, please expect an update regarding this investigation via email.

If you haven't I suggest contacting us again to follow up. The responding agent will pull up your account and check the latest case under tagged under your company and will continue the help from there. Otherwise, you can ask them to connect you over to the previous agent. For the steps on how to reach us out, you can use the steps provided above.

Quickbooks Desktop account registration is still non-functional per Intuit Support and substantial testing. I will provide an update once Intuit has confirmed the service is working and I have verified this.

What do you mean with "QuickBooks Desktop account registration"? Another issue?

I have my own quick books.  I want to put my data on this laptop.  I cannot get signed in!!!!!

To clarify, are you needing help to access your company file? Or do you have access to it, and can't get signed in?

If you're looking to access your company file on your laptop from another computer, you'll need to follow the guided steps included in the help article I've included below. Within the article, it covers how to set up company file sharing so that it can be available to other devices.

Please know that you can reach out here or contact our Technical Support Team if you have any questions or concerns about the process. 

However, if you have access to the company file and you're having some issues getting signed in, the steps will be based off of what user you are. For example, Admin or regular user. 

Here are some steps to reset the password for each user:

Admin:

1. On the Company Login window, select I forgot my password.
2. Choose an email from the dropdown list, then Next. We'll email a token to reset your password. 
3. Enter the token from your email.

Regular user:

1. Sign in as the admin user.
2. Go to Company, select Set Up Users and Passwords. Then click Set Up Users.
3. If prompted, enter the admin password again.
4. In the User List, choose the user that needs to change their password. Then hit Edit User.
5. Enter a new password.
6. Select Next twice, then tap Finish.

Try creating it on any private/incognito browser to make sure. Contact us in private for assistance.

For different countries and regions, Intuit has different websites & resources, I believe. So, clearing cache, enabling Javascript, and using Incognito Mode will solve the issue. If still remains then think about using a Vpn. I've used Vpn, now it works.

Can't sign in even in incognito any ideas?

Thank you for trying Incognito mode. You can also use a different browser to see if you can sign in. By the way, I assume you have no issue with the sign-up process, which is the topic of this thread.

If using a different browser does not resolve the issue, please contact our QBO Accountant Support so they can check this further using more tools.

Solution

My friend as having the same problem. 

I tried making his new id on my laptop, I got the same issue,while I could easily login using my personal id.

We used other solutions provided like clearing cache, updating java etc, we had same issue.

Then we created a new email address on Hotmail, and we tried once more using new Hotmail id , changing browser from Chrome to edge and using other mobile number.

The problem was resolved.
