Tell your concern to quickbooks support team and decribe to Quickbooks team that you want refund with no recharge again. Keep patient, i know that really frustating.

Thank you, N yes finally this morning I logged on just to check to see if there was an update on possibly my refunds been issued, lol yeah wishful thinking this is the second time in a month n it took 2 weeks so y would I think they would have issued them already. However, one good thing though was that these 3 accounts state that they Are Canceled. So I was a lil glad to know that there officially closed n Canceled but I do have another concern that now that these accounts have been closed what happens now with my refunds will I have to wait longer or will they forget that I'm owed this money for my recently charged 4 yearly subscriptions and the one that I'm still waiting for that I haven't received n its been over 2 weeks already? Its frustrating because I have to wait on you to refund me for your errors and that I didn't purchase and had been told my accounts were closed. Once again I'm the one having to stress n call every single day until my money is returned when there was never any need for me to be having to endure this again.

I appreciate the concern but in reality this has been the worst experience I have ever had to endure. This is such a inconvenience especially having to wait 10 business for all my money to be returned when I never made these purchases, and had been assured on multiple occasions from multiple reps while on multiple calls to quickbooks that these accounts were closed and not to worry this would not happen again. You know I decided to cancel my service because I had to close up my business for the time being until this whole epidemic is over with n we are able to return to our normal lives. So what ever monetary assets I have saved n tucked away has to be managed with care n I can't be spending like I've have become accustomed to because who knows how long this pandemic will continue n I have a family who depends on me for support and for your company to be taking from my account for these subscriptions that I never asked for or bought this is BS. More so my having to wait until tall decide that its convenient 😒 to you all to provide me with my money I was charged without my knowledge or my consent. This what you all have done is illegal and you can believe i will be telling everyone I know to cancel there services because tall r a bunch of crooks.
