The way you'll get and receive the license number and product code depends on where you purchased QuickBooks Desktop. Allow me to assist you.
You'll want to check your email address used when you purchase QuickBooks Desktop from our website. You should receive an email containing these data.
Another way is to log in to camps.intuit.com. This is where you'll manage your accounts, products, contacts, billing, and user ID access. Then, select QuickBooks Desktop and you'll see the license number and product code.
For QuickBooks Desktop that is purchased via a retailer, check the sticker on the original CD envelope. You'll see the codes there.

I asked for my licensee number and product code today. I didn't receive an email after my purchase was completed. I was sent an email from my account I entered the numbers from the list and it said it was incorrect. So my installation in incomplete. I purchased this download online. have had Quickbooks since 2007.
