Join nowPeople at the mall with clipboards get paid to ask YOU questions.
You happen to be "in" the user community. Nobody else you can ask. If you want to ask a question of QB itself you would have to contact support. http://www.intuit.com/company/contact/
Or you can ask us, we are not just random peeps at the mall, many respected contributors here each know more about QB than all of official support combined.
hey smartass guy! sure you are random...with an opinion and everyone has that just like ...if I need my car repair...Im not going to a buuch of people that has cars and ask for advice. STAY IN YOU LANE...I want to ask the people that I purchase the program about issues...not you, Mr commnity! and that is a problem? you seem to know more about malls, clipboards...you amy be in the wrong line of business.
Sound quite proud of yourself...knowing more then QB? lol...qualified contributors? could you be sitting on your couch eating doritos, is that aqualification?
I like to pretend I'm an expert and just make up stuff, give people random wrong advice, just for the fun. Have you ever been asked for directions and you just make up stuff, or even better point them in the opposite direction? You should try it. It's a hoot
How do I post a new question in this community. I do not see anything to use to be able to post a question.
Hello there, Sahm,
You can visit this website: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/community/US-QuickBooks-Community/ct-p/community-us. Follow the steps below on how to post a new question in Community.
Let me know if there's anything else I can help you with.
Can anyone in this community tell me how to post a question. I'm signed in but have been searching unsuccessfully. I used to post questions relatively easily. Now I can't figure out how to post a question. [email address removed]
@chart ,
Hover your mouse over the menu Community > click QuickBooks Q&A > pick one grup > hit the green button "start a discussion"
I finally figured it out. But for the entire evening, the system repeatedly reported the Question post could not be accepted and I should try again later. Under: [Start a Discussion] there were only three simple steps: 1. What do you want to talk about?: My "Bank Feeds Center" is missing. It's no longer a displayed choice in Bank Feeds, under Banking, 2. The Details: My "Bank Feeds Center" is missing. It's no longer a displayed choice in Bank Feeds, under Banking, QB Desktop Pro 2016, and 3. Labels: QuickBooks Desktop. It never posted. I'll try again this morning. Thank you.
Thank you for letting us know your experience when trying to start a discussion, @chart.
It's possible that piled-up cache in your regular browser caused this unusual behavior. You can try to clear your current browser’s cache to check if this is what causing the error when trying to start a discussion.
Here's how to delete or disable cache and temporary internet files in your web browser.
However, I’ve checked your profile and verified that you’re able to post the question successfully. You can check this link on how to resolve the error that you’ve encountered with your bank feeds.
Please know that I'm always here if you need further help or assistance. Let me know by leaving a comment below. Take care and have a good one!

If you add a cc to email a statement does it remove the original cc on that email?
Thanks for joining in, bterry0101!
As of now, we're unable to add a CC when emailing a statement. What we can do is enter all the email addresses of the recipients and separate them with a comma.
If you have other questions about emailing statements, feel free to go back to this thread. You can also check more references for QuickBooks Online on the main support page.
Let me know, can I increase multiple users of the QBO more than 25?
Let me provide you information and help you increase multiple users in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Faheem Bial.
The number of users that you can have depends on the QBO plan that you're using. You'll want to use QBO Advanced wherein you can have up to 25 billable users and 3 accounting firms. Please read this article for more information: What Are Usage Limits In QuickBooks Online?
Also, QBO Advanced is the only version that is ideal for growing businesses with complex workflows that can be more efficient if repetitive tasks are automated and work is delegated to more users who can see only what they need to.
You can stay tuned to our latest news and updates in the QuickBooks blog.
For your reference, you'll want to browse some of our help articles if you have any questions in mind.
Please leave a comment below for your other concerns. The QuickBooks Community team is always here to help.
Should you need more than 25 users to access your data, you may have 2 options:
1. Consider having one or two 3rd party apps for your team. e.g CRM app for your sales team, inventory management app for warehouse team or field sales team, field management app for field service team. Some of them don't need to have any access any longer to your QBO Advanced account. As for your AP/AR team, you may create a MP account for them.

2. Switching to QBD Enterprise Platinum to manage up to 30 users or QBD Enterprise Diamond to manage up to 40 users.
They do make it extremely difficult, I see that someone replied, hopefully it works
