Hi there,
I took my QBO Proadvisor exam on my previous employers account and now I started my own company and QBO accountant account. I need to move my Pro Advisor to my account. I have called Intuit 2 times now and they say it will be taken care of but I still don't see the change on my new account. Intuit said they would need to change the e-mail address from my old one to my new e-mail. Still nothing has changed.
What are the steps to take to getting my certification moved? I don't want to retake the exam if I don't have to.
Thank you for your help!
Debra Woodard

I have got my QBO proadvisor certification from my previous employers ID and I want to move the certification to my own firm now so that I can attempt QBO advance certification and set up my own advisor profile. Please help me getting it done.

I have spent two hours on the phone today and been routed to multiple different Intuit or third-party partners in an attempt to simply transfer my existing ProAdvisor certification to my new QuickBooks Accountant profile. It has proved to be beyond the ability of everyone I have either spoken to or had chat discussions with. The last one suggested creating some kind of new login to put essentially a ghost account into my accountant team and then convert that over to something else. It seems this should be less difficult.
I appreciate you for joining the thread and post your concern here in the Community, @Gacct.

I have had this same issue, and have spent hours on the phone. I was told to publish my proadvisor profile under my new employer. I get as far as attaching my government id and the submit button does not work. This has been going on for over a week. A ticket was put in as it was determined this is a technical issue. I got an email from Intuit 4 days ago says my profile is published, but its not. Any idea's or direction I should give when I call customer support again?
I've requested this same thing to be completed about a month ago, and it still hasn't transferred. What is going on? Can someone let me know the status of my transfer?

Unsurprisingly, nothing has been resolved. Intuit, you are too big for your own good. Is it going to stop us from using their products? Probably not. They could care less!
