Sign up problem in Intuit

Hi, I am trying to register another Intuit Account but this message keeps on appearing

"The feature you've requested is temporarily unavailableMake sure your browser has Javascript and cookies enabled. If the problem persists you can clear your cache and cookies and then restart your computer, or try using a different browser."

We already tried clearing cache and cookies, and Javascript is also enabled. We also restarted the computer and changed the browser and the error keeps on appearing.

Hoping someone can help us on this.

Thank you.

Thank you for choosing QuickBooks as your accounting software, ancianojem.

Let's isolate this case by using a private browser or incognito. One of the possible reasons why you experience an error when a window opens up could be due to the browser's full cache that causes QuickBooks to get this unusual behavior.

To start, log into your QuickBooks account using a private browser/incognito. Here's how:

  • Press Ctrl+ Shift + N keys on your keyboard (Google Chrome)
  • Press Ctrl+ Shift + P keys on your keyboard (Firefox or Internet Explorer)
  • Press Control+ Option + P keys on your keyboard (Safari)

If the private browsing session works, it means that you need to clear the browser's cache so the system can start fresh. You can also do this task on other supported, up-to-date browsers. Clearing the cache will refresh the system, and you'll be able to work with clean trash.

Cleaning up cache never helped with this problem. I had it few times before when register account for my clients and had it week ago. QBO support is useless and when call them virtual assistant is the worst assistant I ever faced.

Neither I nor my clients cannot sign up account so far

@Stanislav Svyntytskyi

Sometimes you need to try a different browser to be sure. I have 3 browsers (ie Edge, Chrome, Firefox) running on my machine.

I am having the same issue. I have cleared my cache and cookies 3 separate times, restarted my computer twice, used a different browser and even tried involving my IT guy. I have several clients that I need to assist with their taxes. That is only a fraction of my job duties, so when I have to take all these extra steps and call support, it forces me to put other pressing matters aside. Please advise!

This is bit of a joke asking people to use the community, who cannot login. THEY CANNOT LOGIN TO IT.    I'm using an employee log-in here.  I have not been able to get into my account for 10 days.  Rang the support three times.  Still no access. I'm pretty sure my company IP access is locked out at 81.137.193.186.  I had some SEO extensions which analyse the page in Chrome, and I suspect that caused the problem.

I just had to set up a new laptop at my dad's to diagnose the issues. I can get into one of our two companies, I managed to get an employee to invite me to one company, but I had the issue reported here on the second. Tried several different e-mail addresses. Clear Cache Etc.etc..... I guess I have to go out of business then because no one seems to actually do anything!!!!
