Bank Error code 103

I am entering the correct username and password, which incidentally has not changed since the last time I used quickbooks and it was connecting properly.

Let's try to edit your bank credentials and update it in your QuickBooks Online (QBO). Here's how.

 

  1. Sign in to your F&M Trust bank website and update your sign-in information.
  2. Once done, log in to your QBO account.
  3. Go to the Banking menu.
  4. Select the Banking tab.
  5. Locate your F&M bank account.
  6. Select the Edit ✎ icon.
  7. Click Edit sign-in info.
  8. Enter your new credentials and select Update.

I have no problem logging into my bank with the credentials I am using in quickbooks.

The problem seems to be on quickbooks end.

The problem did not exist 2 days ago when I last logged into quickbooks online, and the account updated fine.

Form there, they can further investigate the connection between F&M trust bank and your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. Here how to contact them.

 

In your QBO:

  1. Go to the (?) Help icon.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Type in error 103 and click Let's talk.
  4. Choose your preferred way to get in touch with them.
