No. I can find 'Banking' on the left
Hello, 8754.
It's possible this might be caused by a corrupted file cache stored in your browser, that's why you're unable to view the Banking menu on the left panel.
We can do some troubleshooting steps to rule this out. Let's open your QuickBooks Online account in an incognito or private browser. This mode will not save your browsing history and will also help isolate any web issues.
Here are the keyboard shortcuts:
If it works fine, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Clearing cache fixes certain problems, like loading or formatting issues on sites. It also helps pages to load faster. Please make sure to restart your browser afterwards.
You can also use a different supported browser as an alternate solution.
I want to ensure you're able to get back to business, so please feel free to let me know how it goes. Cheering you and your business to continued prosperity.
I'm having the same issue, a "banking" tab does not exist
Thanks for joining the thread and let me share some information about Banking tab in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Knackersjewels.
It looks like you have the new Banking interface in QuickBooks. This is why you don't see the In Banking tab anymore. In the new interface, you'll see the Transactions tab instead of Banking. See the screenshot for your reference:
If you can't access the Transactions tab as well, we can log in to your account using an incognito browser. Private browser prevents saving cache and cookies that sometimes cause errors when running frequently visited websites. Here are the useful shortcut keys you can use to access one:
and Microsoft Edge
If it works, return to your default browser and clear its cache. Every so often the cache becomes overwhelmed with older data which can potentially cause viewing and performance issues. Clearing it will refresh the system, and you'll be able to work with a clean slate. Switching to another compatible one to help rectify the issue.

Hello there, Svoboda.
I have the steps to change your bank account in QuickBooks Desktop.
Disconnecting bank feeds for an account is essential before linking your new account to the program. Please note that QuickBooks won't allow changes if there are pending transactions. Hence, ensure to match or delete them.
After that, you can now link your bank to the program. The method depends on what's available at your bank. It can be through Direct Connect or Web Connect.
Here's how to connect with Direct Connect:
