We can wipe out your data if your account is still under the 90-day subscription. Please see this article for the steps: Delete your data and start over in QuickBooks Online
If it's not, you can sign up for a new account. Then, export and import your lists (chart of accounts, customers/vendors and product and services).
Let's export the lists from the old account:
To sign up for a new account:
Then, let's import the lists:

As an additional option, explore this workaround:
1. Using this tool to copy data between QBO accounts
2. Once you are ready to proceed, open a new QBO account
This was just what I needed. I found a few more articles that helped me get this all sorted out! Thanks!
